About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Intern to support our purchasing and inventory operations within a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods.

• Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed.

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
