Responsibilities
· Assist in HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, maintain personnel records etc.
· Files documents and responds to employees’ inquiries.
· Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· To provide support in any company events, training program and staff engagement activities.
· Responsible for new staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement
· Proposed employee welfare and team building activities towards company allowable and forecast budget
· Assist in any other administrative tasks such as schedule maintenance of office equipment.
· Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
