Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer Internship located in Shah Alam. The selected candidate will support the sales team by assisting in customer visits (Klang Valley), promoting company products and technical works assist flexibly. Responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring timely delivery and reporting, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role offers an opportunity to develop technical and sales expertise while making a significant contribution to the company's success.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with a focus on understanding technical products and solutions

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build relationships effectively

• Interest in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets while providing excellent follow-through on client needs

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced and dynamic environments

• Possess a Diploma or Degree, preferably in engineering, technical, mechanical, business, or related fields

• Willingness to travel for customer visits, with a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
