Kuala Lumpur Fried Chicken Hiring! Full Time Logistic - Warehouse Assistant in Selangor - Ricebowl

In line with our business growth, we are looking for a responsible and energetic Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to join our team.  

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Responsible for proper planning and execution on loading and unloading of items from lorries according to SOP and ISO requirements

2. Ensure the logistics loading / receiving area is clean and tidy at all time according to SOP requirements.

3. Arrange stocks transfer according to sales order and buffer level.

4. Handle stocks management with proper scheduling systematic plan.

5. Maintain proper stock documentation and reconciliation stock count report (daily, monthly and yearly)

6. Responsible for daily issuance of Non-Conformance Notes for any returned products and investigate issues.

7. Ensure close cooperation and clear communication with all level of departments.

8. Key in all invoices in the SQL system.

9. Monitor stock availability and traceability.

10. Ensure cold room in good condition.

11. Perform any other duty as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• SPM or above.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or warehousing task.

• Personality: Strong communication skills and the ability to direct employees to complete tasks. You should have good problem-solving abilities.

• Work Attitude: Responsible and a team player.

• Skill: Microsoft Office or relevant skills required

• SPM Mathematics result of an A or B will be considered an added advantage.

• Working Hours : Monday - Saturday : 7.30am - 4.30pm

• Location : Taman Industri Sungai Buloh.
