Responsibilities :
Prepare booking forms and relevant documents to purchasers.
Track and monitor the status of sales bookings, conversions, and cancellations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in accordance with the Housing Development Act (HDA) and Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Liaise with purchasers, lawyers and banks on the execution of SPA and loan agreements, follow up closely to avoid delays
Track the progress of SPA stamping, loan approval and loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, purchaser databases, proper documentation and filing systems for audit and legal purposes.
To issue progressive billings according to construction milestones, payment reminders, and statements of accounts in accordance with the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Follow up with purchasers and banks for prompt payment release.
Follow up diligently on overdue accounts via calls, emails, and official letters.
Record and issue official receipt to match incoming payments against invoices.
Coordinate with the Project Management team on handover and defect liability matters.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that delay SPA signing, loan application and loan first drawdowns.
Provide administrative support for project launches.
Coordinate with project management team to schedule unit joint inspections and defect checking appointments
Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years in credit control/sales administration, preferably in real estate/property development
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and property sales system (e.g., IFCA) is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
