Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
Coordinate with the Sales Team, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Handle data entry and update customer information in the system.
Assist in preparing reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Mandarin speaking is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Administrative Support, or related fields.
Candidates with experience in the Automotive Industry will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
