We are representing our client, a logistics and freight transportation company, in hiring for the position of Freight Forwarding Executive

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export customs clearance documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Verify HS codes and ensure accurate calculation of applicable duties and taxes

• Prepare shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to submission

• Liaise with Customs, forwarding agents, shipping lines, and internal departments for smooth shipment coordination

• Monitor shipment progress and customs clearance timelines to ensure timely cargo release

• Handle shipment delays, clearance issues, and provide prompt resolutions when necessary

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance operations

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Mandarin for coordination with China-based partners

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipping and customs documentation
