Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of projects, deliveries, and store management.

• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers for raw materials.

• Update and maintain production job order status, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.

• Prepare and issue Job Sheets for production according to job order and requirements.

• Coordinate closely with the production team to track progress and ensure on-time completion.

• Provide daily or weekly updates on production status, stock levels, and job progress.

• Monitor raw material inventory, usage, and stock balance regularly.

• Issue Delivery Orders for outgoing goods and ensure proper record tracking.

• Plan and arrange logistics schedules for material collection, delivery to clients

•  for smooth movement of goods.

• Assist in sourcing of  raw materials to meet production and project requirement.

• Handle general paperwork and documentation related to daily operations.

• Support any ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

·         Based in Balakong, Malaysia

·         Minimum Secondary School education

·         Able to work independently, with a responsible and service-minded attitude

·         Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams
