Job Description

• Ensure implementation of daily and weekly production plans in coordination with AM, Production.

• Monitor production activities across all sections.

• Check real time data for critical process parameters (temperature, pH, pressure, flow rate, moisture).

• Initiate corrective actions in case of process deviations or bottlenecks.

• Ensure machinery and equipment are operating effectively.

Requirement

• 2-3 years in production, 1 year in supervisory.

• Can do production planning, QC tools, Safety Standard (HACCP, GMP, PPE)

• Ability to read/draw shop drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
