Job Description

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Source, negotiate, and secure new tenants while maintaining an optimal tenant mix.

• Manage lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and leasing documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new leasing opportunities.

• Oversee vacant units and implement action plans to improve occupancy levels.

• Coordinate tenant fit-out, handover, and operational requirements with relevant departments.

• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

• Lead and supervise the leasing team to ensure departmental KPIs and business objectives are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to the overall growth and performance of the property portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property/Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Typically 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial, retail (mall), or residential leasing.

• Strong financial and budgeting acumen, along with proven leadership and customer service abilities.
