岗位职责
The Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support
• Support daily sales functions, including stationing at the Sales Gallery based on duty roster arrangements
• Receive and process sales documents from sales agents, including Purchase Orders (PO), payment collection, set up instalment including Paylink, and inurnment related form
• Handle enquiries via walk-in, phone calls and other communication channels
• Issue Purchase Orders
2. Payment Related Documents and Trust Account Movement
• Cross check Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) keyed in by Sales Admin base on Payment Advice
• Cross check Purchase Statement
• Cross check movement of Maintenance Fund from Trust Account 2 (TA2) to Trust Account 3 (TA3)
• Cross check TA2 Listing and SQL Listing prepared by Accounts Department
• Maintain proper records for all the above matters
3. Instalment Collection
• Ensure proper set up of instalment payment including Paylink
• Follow up Default Cases and liaise with Legal Department to issue Default/ Termination Notice
4. Collaboration Partners, Agencies & Agents Related Matters
• Compute Weekly Sales Report
• Compute Commission , KPI Commission & Agency Development Fund Report
• Prepare Monthly Sales Report to Collaboration Partner
5. Product Stock Count and Set up
• Check, monitor and update availability of Product (including Niches & Tablets) and set up in Kenjin System including Niche Wall
6. Payment & Accounts Coordination
• Liaise with Accounts Department on matters relating to:
- Post-dated cheques (PD Cheques)
- Outstanding accounts
- Customer payment information
- Withdrawal, Refund and cancellation memos
- Discount Requisition
- Returned cheques
• Prepare memos, forms or relevant documentation for:
- Payment of Stamp Duty
- Cancellation of Purchase Orders, Purchase Statements & Acknowledgement of Receipt
- Refunds arising from excess payments
- Customer requests for change of niche
• Raise and Monitor Payment Requisition for office supply, third party and others supplier
7. Others
• Assist in Qing Ming, Enlightenment Ceremony and other festive-related matters
• Assist in Sales Campaign, Roadshows & Activities when necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the Superior
The Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good command in English and Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties
Good organizational skill and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
Proficient in MS Office and PC skills.
Experience in working with Kenjin system or SQL will be an advantage.
Highly motivated team player with a strong drive for success and the ability to work under pressure.
