Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech 6, Semenyih, Selangor
RM2,800 – RM4,000 per month (Salary commensurate with experience)
5 Days Work Week (Mon–Fri)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
We are looking for a responsible and reliable HR & Admin Executive to support our daily HR and administrative operations.
You will be involved in payroll, recruitment, employee records, foreign worker administration, training coordination and ISO-related activities. This role offers a great opportunity to learn, grow and gain practical experience across different areas of HR and administration.

Key Responsibilities• Manage monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding and employee administration
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave administration and HR documentation
• Handle foreign worker matters including work permits, hostel arrangements, passport renewals, FOMEMA and related coordination
• Coordinate employee training activities and maintain training records
• Support ISO Management System documentation, audits and compliance activities
• Coordinate daily office administration and support operational requirements
• Liaise with employees, production teams, government authorities and external service providers when required
• Ensure HR and administrative practices comply with labour laws, statutory requirements and company procedures
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities
Requirements• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of payroll processing and labour regulations is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a practical SME environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
