Job Description
Handle disbursement documentation, including preparation, checking, and filing of supporting documents.
Maintain proper records and organization of all disbursement files.
Coordinate internally to ensure complete documentation before processing.
Assist with basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoice support) when required.
Support general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and document organization.
Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets as needed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation work.
Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
