OneWorks Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

• Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are kept in line with Company's policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory requirements (workshop).

• Handling account receivable and account payable for workshop.

• Reconciling monthly bank statement

• Liaises with tax agent, Secretary, internal and external auditors.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.

• Handling adhoc tasks that assign by superior.
  

Requirement:

• Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree qualification in accounting.

• With relevant experience and qualification is preferred.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency and good communication skills.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Autocount accounting software would be an added advantage.

• Willing to learn, fast learner & able to work independently.

• Problem solving skills, good working attitude, able to multi task and handle pressure.

• Able to meet all deadlines given and complete in timely manner.
