Reporting To: Finance Manager

Position Summary:

• Responsible for month-end closing and reporting for hospitals, including journals, reconciliations, fixed assets, audit schedules, tax updates, budgeting, audits support, and ensuring accurate accounting system postings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge for the month end account closing and preparation of report for 2 hospital;

• Monthly activities: preparation of Journal voucher, update of audit schedule, fixed asset posting and update in system; update of tax schedule, reconciliation of balance sheet item; checking and ensure data is posted correctly in the new accounting system;

• Assist in the yearly audit (external and internal);

• Preparation of yearly budget;

• Any other duties and ad-hoc assignment as per required.

Education and Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA/CIMA) with professional membership.

• Minimum 5-6 years’ relevant Reporting experience, preferably with auditing experience in Big 4 accounting firm.

• Experience in accounting system, preferably Oracle.
