Customer Service Executive - Accudyne Industries

Job Summary

Our Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences. He/she will need to liaise between our customers, factories and logistic partners to ensure execution of our sales orders.

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate orders with factory to support customers.
  • Monitor delivery and ensure on-time shipment.
  • Coordinate with customers and finance to ensure on-time payment within credit terms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse on unpacking of shipment deliveries.
  • Handle imports and export shipments such as preparing of shipping documents and maintaining shipping records etc.
  • Conduct annual stock-take and inventory control.

Basic Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Admin or related fields.
