Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts for the dealership, covering sales, aftersales, and workshop operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supports management in decision-making by providing timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Full Set Accounting: Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Dealership Operations: Track revenue and expenses across car sales, service center, and parts division.

Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor dealership cash flow, collections, and payments.

Audit Preparation: Liaise with external auditors and ensure proper documentation.

Management Support: Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.

System & Process Improvement: Enhance accounting processes and ensure accuracy in dealership management systems.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling full set accounts, preferably in automotive or retail industry.

Strong knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (UBS, SQL, AutoCount, or similar).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
