Key Responsibilities

1. Execute global payment strategies and adapt operational processes to local market requirements
2. Manage end-to-end payment operations including integration, go-live, optimization, and merchant onboarding
3. Coordinate closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth operational execution
4. Monitor operational KPIs including transaction success rate, latency, merchant activity, and payment performance
5. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
6. Support operational scalability and continuous process improvement initiatives across regional markets
7. Ensure compliance with local payment regulations, AML requirements, and internal risk control processes
8. Support reconciliation, transaction monitoring, audit requirements, and operational stability initiatives

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience within fintech, payment, banking operations, or related industries
2. Strong understanding of payment workflows including transaction flow, settlement, and reconciliation processes
3. Analytical and data-driven individual with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
