Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Skudai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as organizing and managing schedules, handling communication via phone and email, performing clerical duties, and providing executive administrative support as required. The role emphasizes efficient task management and strong communication to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Skilled in Clerical tasks and organizational duties
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and office operations efficiently
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
