Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who is not only passionate about sales but also thrives on new challenges. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to constantly learn, we want you on our team! This new individual contributor role is a key part of our expansion across SEA Region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and pricing strategies to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Managing the whole sales cycle from business development and solution presentation to pricing until final deal closure.
- To manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with clients, and effectively close business deals.
- Devise and implement strategies for maintaining relationships in existing accounts, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with completed solution support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and optimal client service. Work with cross-functional teams (technology and R&D) to see through the process end-to-end to ensure sales closure.
- To stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales activities to business clients in the SaaS, software, network or IT services industry.
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities, with a track record of driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market share.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals at senior levels of enterprises; ideally brings deep relationships from the industry.
- Relevant experience in and understanding of the enterprise service or conversational A.I. technology industry is a plus.
- English and Mandarin are a must, Cantonese is a plus.
