Position: Operations Lead (Facilities Management)

Company Name: Nimbus Singapore

Location: Based on client office clusters

Working Model: Fully Onsite

Working Hours

1) Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2) Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Some flexibility is required based on business needs.

Salary Package: Basic Salary (EP Salary) + Performance Bonus


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards and smooth workflows
  • Work closely with supervisors and clients to maintain service quality and promptly resolve any issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monthly audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness
  • Support and engage cleaning crew through regular check-ins and team coordination
  • Collaborate with account managers to address operational needs and handle ad hoc requests
  • Handle and report operational incidents in a timely and professional manner


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in preparing reports and monitoring operational performance
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
