We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager to oversee operations at our Singapore retail location. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, building customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, driving sales growth, and leading a team to achieve targets. Additional responsibilities include organizing inventory, tracking sales performance, and ensuring the overall efficiency of store operations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a high-quality retail experience
• Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction to foster repeat business and build brand loyalty
• Proven Team Management skills to effectively lead, motivate, and develop retail staff
• Sales and goal-oriented mindset with experience in driving revenue growth
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Prior experience in retail or customer-focused roles is highly desirable
