About the role:

As a Junior Membership Executive at Evolve MMA, you are tasked with the crucial role of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with members, fostering a positive community, and working towards achieving significant member acquisition and financial growth targets. Your communication skills are key, as they enable you to positively impact people’s lives, guiding them towards a healthier and more active lifestyle through martial arts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing your strong selling skills to understand and meet customer needs, expanding the membership base by attracting new clients, and devising strategies to align potential customers with our service offerings. You will confidently communicate the benefits of our membership services and programs to prospects and collaborate closely with your team and other colleagues to enhance the overall member experience. This role also includes receiving regular sales training and contributing to your professional and career development.

To excel in this position, a personal interest in health, fitness, and/or martial arts is advantageous. We value individuals who possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, are highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working weekends on a 5-day workweek schedule.

Sales Incentives and Bonuses:

• Basic Salary ranges from $3,000, up to $4,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Work together with Membership Executive to grow the business

Role:

• Utilise strong selling skills and understand customer needs
• Expand the membership base of the company by bringing on new clients
• Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with our recommendations
• Confidently communicate membership services and programs to prospects
• Collaborate with your team and other colleagues to enhance the member experience
• Receive regular sales training and career development

Requirements:

• Personal interest in health and fitness and/or martial arts is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working weekends on a 5-day workweek
