Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements based on drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts.
• Review and assess variation orders, contractual claims, and extension of time submissions.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of contractual correspondence.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Assist in risk assessment and cost control strategies to maximize project profitability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in construction projects.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, M&E, industrial, or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
