Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experience: Above 10 years
- Lead technology delivery consulting activities for infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into clear solution scope, delivery approach, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Assess current-state architecture, operations, constraints, risks, and dependencies across people, process, and technology areas.
- Perform gap analysis, readiness assessment, and risk evaluation to identify improvement areas and prevent rework or incomplete implementation.
- Develop high-quality project artefacts including BRD, FRD, solution options paper, implementation plan, migration approach, test strategy, production rollout plan, and milestone reports.
- Prepare solution options with clear trade-offs covering cost, risk, timeline, complexity, feasibility, migration approach, integration needs, and operational impact.
- Review and validate vendor or partner proposals, solution designs, build plans, SOWs, deliverables, SLAs, milestones, and acceptance terms.
- Ensure vendor commitments are measurable, enforceable, and aligned with business objectives, technical standards, and delivery timelines.
- Provide architecture input and review across hybrid cloud, Azure/AWS, network segmentation, security controls, IAM, disaster recovery, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational supportability.
- Validate test strategy, acceptance criteria, quality assurance approach, and vendor designs against security, resiliency, operations, cloud, network, and infrastructure standards.
- Define support models, roles and responsibilities, runbook expectations, on-call requirements, knowledge transfer plans, training, communication, and adoption measurement.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner, Azure/AWS, or Cisco certification is preferred, with strong stakeholder management, analytical, decision facilitation, cost forecasting, capacity sizing, and vendor management skills
