ASUS Hiring! Full Time Service Operation Intern in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage the service performance to customer, ensure that service level is achieved in the line with contract / SLA and deliver outstanding customer service across the location.
• To analyse provisioning reports to identify the repair that has passed deadline and not acted upon by respective Service Center.
• Service Quality Management
• Ensure quality delivery of services to the service partners.
• Identify, assess and communicate the impact of changes affecting the customer and/or service delivery.
• Lead and manage internal delivery teams to establish the Standard Operations Procedures.

Requirement:

• Final year student who’s currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Management / Logistics / Supply Chain or any other relevant qualifications.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing, excellent problem-solving skills and take initiative in leading change to improve warehouse operations.
• Fast learner who is pleasant, patient and self-disciplined.
• Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing skills and meticulous.
