Job Title: SuccessFactors Solution Architect
Job Duration: 12 months - highly renewable or convertible!
We’re seeking a experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design of a scalable, future-ready HR landscape for a global enterprise. You will define HR architecture, consolidate SuccessFactors instances, digitize processes, and enable AI-driven features.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end HR solutions across SuccessFactors and legacy systems
- Develop global HR architecture and consolidation strategies
- Architect HR process digitization and automation
- Drive HR data governance and AI enablement (Joule, Talent Hub)
- Lead system integrations using SAP CPI/BTP
- Align architecture with business outcomes and KPIs
- Lead stakeholder engagement and governance
Requirements:
- 10+ years in HR technology, deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise
- Proven as a Solution Architect on global HR transformation projects
- Experience with multi-instance SuccessFactors and HR process automation
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, Architect, Integration)
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, middleware, and HR data architecture
- Experience in regulated industries, M&A, or multi-entity projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
