Senior Network Deployment Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Deployment Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in network implementation, provisioning, deployment, and migration projects within large enterprise environments.

This role is focused on building, deploying, and implementing network infrastructure. Candidates whose experience is primarily in network operations, monitoring, maintenance, or NOC support will not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
• Lead network deployment, migration, and provisioning activities across LAN/WAN and data center environments.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Manage multiple network projects from conception through implementation.
• Develop technical standards, design patterns, and deployment procedures.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical assessments, and solution evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support and perform root cause analysis for complex network issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in implementation, deployment, provisioning, and migration projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise network infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, assessments, and evaluation reports.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with network automation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience working on data center transformation or modernization projects.
