We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact engineering team supporting large-scale enterprise and government digital transformation initiatives.
We have two openings:
- Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
- Senior Software Engineer (Web)
What You'll Do
- Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery efficiency and system resiliency.
- Assess existing technical architectures, workflows, and development processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement engineering best practices such as CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and modern software delivery methodologies.
- Develop technical roadmaps to guide application modernization and platform adoption.
- Present technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and provide hands-on guidance during implementation.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Backend Engineer
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience building cron jobs, automation scripts, and batch processing
- Experience working with streaming data platforms
Web Engineer
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js is an advantage
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage
Preferred Experience (Both Roles)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge technical discussions between engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Experience working in highly secured or air-gapped environments (e.g. Government, Banking, Critical Infrastructure) is a plus
