We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact engineering team supporting large-scale enterprise and government digital transformation initiatives.

We have two openings:

• Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
• Senior Software Engineer (Web)

What You'll Do

• Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery efficiency and system resiliency.
• Assess existing technical architectures, workflows, and development processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement engineering best practices such as CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Develop technical roadmaps to guide application modernization and platform adoption.
• Present technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and provide hands-on guidance during implementation.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Backend Engineer

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building cron jobs, automation scripts, and batch processing
• Experience working with streaming data platforms

Web Engineer

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js is an advantage
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage

Preferred Experience (Both Roles)

• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge technical discussions between engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Experience working in highly secured or air-gapped environments (e.g. Government, Banking, Critical Infrastructure) is a plus
