About us
The Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) will defend and dominate in the digital domain. As part of an integrated Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), the DIS will enhance Singapore’s security, from peace to war.
What you would do
Command, Control, Communications, Computers Experts (C4X) anchor MINDEF/SAF's cyber defence and also address emerging threats by developing digital products and solutions to provide the SAF with a technological edge in the digital domain. In cybersecurity, C4Xs are involved in security monitoring, incident response, digital forensics, malware analysis, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), as well as cyber threat intelligence operations. In the digital arena, C4Xs are well-versed in software engineering, data science and artificial intelligence, and develop bespoke software and AI/ML solutions for the SAF.
Who we are looking for
Highly motivated individual with a strong technical background, able to learn fast, and with a passion for safeguarding Singapore's national security. We desire candidates who are adaptable to the dynamic environment in the DIS, able to work in teams, and willing to develop skills outside your comfort zone.
Candidates applying for the cybersecurity track should possess a strong foundation in networks and cyber security principles. Candidates applying for the digital track should possess skills in software development or data science. Relevant work experience and professional certifications would make you a strong candidate.
