As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the key technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will develop strong expertise in advertising technology solutions and provide consultative guidance on best practices, technical implementation, and issue resolution.

This role requires someone who is naturally curious, comfortable working through ambiguity, and capable of creating practical solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDevelop deep technical expertise in advertising products across signal, measurement, and delivery solutions
• .Provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices, technical setups, and customized implementation requirements
• .Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clients’ use of advertising technology solutions
• .Partner closely with Sales and internal teams to address client concerns, prioritize technical support needs, and contribute to market or vertical-specific service plans
• .Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requiremen

• tsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fiel
• d.At least 3 years of experience in the digital advertising, advertising technology, or technology industr
• y.Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and ad delivery system
• s.Strong working knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTT
• P.Mandatory hands-on experience with SQL and a strong understanding of RESTful API
• s.Customer-facing experience with the ability to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical audience
• s.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced or ambiguous environment
• s.Knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem is highly preferre
