We are looking for a mid-level marketing and content professional to support the creation and execution of content and communication activities for Pericoli Asia Pacific.

Working within a defined editorial plan and strategic framework developed by the Italy HQ, you will produce high-quality digital and offline content adapted to regional audiences, manage social media channels, and support the sales network and events.

This is a hands-on, production-oriented role. You will plan, shoot, edit, design, write, and publish. You will coordinate with the Italian marketing team on strategy and with the local commercial team on priorities.

Responsabilities

1. Content Creation & Production

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) in line with the editorial calendar.
• Produce short-form video content for Reels and LinkedIn using CapCut or equivalent tools.
• Design visual assets (carousels, infographics, social graphics, sales materials) using Canva Pro.
• Handle basic on-site photography and videography for installations, events, and team content.
• Adapt and localize content developed by Italy HQ for the APAC audience and regional context.

2. Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite: scheduling, publishing, community management, reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics via Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4; produce monthly performance reports.
• Manage WhatsApp Business and WeChat for commercial communications and distributor updates.
• Maintain and update our website using WordPress (only for contents).

3.Email Marketing & Sales Support

• Produce and send email campaigns to distributors, agents, and partners using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent).
• Create and update offline and digital materials for the sales network: product brochures, technical one-pagers, presentations.
• Support the preparation of trade fair and event materials.

4.Coordination & Workflow

• Work within the editorial plan and content briefs provided by Italy HQ.
• Coordinate with the local commercial team to capture product installations, customer stories, and field content.
• Brief and manage external suppliers where needed (photographers, translators, printers).

Skills and Qualifications

•Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.

•Demonstrable proficiency in Canva Pro - portfolio required.

•Demonstrable proficiency in CapCut or equivalent video editing tool - portfolio required.

•Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta platforms (Business Manager, Ads Manager, Insights).

•Google Analytics 4: able to read, interpret, and report on key metrics.

•Experience with WordPress (content updates, basic page management).

•Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent).

•WhatsApp Business and/or WeChat for B2B communication.

•Solid understanding of B2B communication and professional content standards.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across time zones.

•Malaysian nationality.

•Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

•Availability to travel domestically and internationally for training and trade shows.

Additional “nice-to-have” requirements

• SEO copywriting skills: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta content.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for content support and workflow efficiency.
• Experience in agricultural, industrial, or technical B2B sectors.
• Basic photography skills with smartphone or mirrorless camera
