Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology and AI-driven initiatives, covering cloud, data, digital transformation, and Generative AI-related projects. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery from planning, scope definition, budgeting, implementation, governance, risk management, change control, closure, and transition.
• Develop detailed project plans, success metrics, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, budgetary needs, and delivery milestones.
• Review project scope, funding limitations, procedures, risks, assumptions, and business value to ensure project feasibility and alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, budget estimation, and project tracking to anticipate financial challenges and ensure disciplined cost management.
• Manage daily project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, product backlog refinement, issue resolution, and project progress reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, clients, and partners to translate requirements into clear deliverables and actionable implementation plans.
• Track project scope changes, risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other project management platforms.
• Ensure project compliance, governance adherence, reporting transparency, and alignment with internal delivery standards.
• Identify roadblocks, facilitate problem-solving discussions, resolve conflicts, and support team alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and recommend changes to schedules, resources, cost structures, project scope, and delivery priorities where required.
• Support cloud-related project considerations, including resource planning, optimization, migration activities, and cost management awareness.
• Manage project manpower planning, work allocation, stakeholder communication, performance expectations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and support junior project managers or project team members through mentoring, structured guidance, and performance feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices, team capability, project governance, and adoption of AI-enabled project management tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project management, preferably covering cloud, AI, data, software, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Candidates with strong project coordination experience may be considered for junior-level project management responsibilities, depending on overall exposure.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or similar project collaboration and tracking tools.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery practices, sprint ceremonies, product backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.
• Exposure to AWS, cloud migration, cloud cost management, AI-driven initiatives, or Generative AI implementation will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical planning, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, influence cross-functional teams, and maintain delivery discipline under changing project conditions.
• Strategic, structured, collaborative, and outcome-driven with strong ownership over project success.
