About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join the MY Integrated Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact e-commerce campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Support end-to-end execution of e-commerce campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth and timely launches.
- Manage campaign setup, promotional mechanics, and traffic-driving tools across various platforms.
- Ensure all campaign assets, creatives, and in-app resources are accurately configured and optimized.
- Maintain organized documentation and campaign tracking records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Creative, and other internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among teams throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare regular updates, presentations, and campaign status reports for stakeholders.
Content & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Support coordination of campaign content for in-app, digital, social media, and external marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across campaign materials.
Market Research & Performance Insights:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Identify key promotional opportunities, campaign differentiators, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance tracking.
Post-Campaign Analysis:
- Prepare campaign performance reports and post-mortem analyses.
- Document key learnings, best practices, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI to support future marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, or related functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital, tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environment is highly preferred.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, livestream campaigns, or social commerce is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
