Job Responsibility

Objective: Monitor and analyze public opinion across media and social platforms. Extract actionable insights related to brand, policy, or industry issues to support strategic planning, crisis response, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: News & Social Meida Monitoring - Monitor news, forums, and social platforms through social listening tools such as Meltwater. - Identify, track, and monitor Google Search keywords to detect public interest and emerging topics. Tool Optimization & Automation - Automate data processing and reporting tasks using Python and dashboard tools. - Configure and update keyword logic to enable accurate tracking of products, topics, or issues. Reporting & Briefs - Prepare regular reports and deliver topic-specific analytical briefs with actionable insights. - Visualize reports to help teams understand trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Science or related fields. 1+ years of experience in data analysis or public opinion monitoring. Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, automation and reporting. Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and reporting skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Familiar with the PC industry and related technologies. (preferred)
