Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Developer to architect and build a core AI Platform serving critical Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) use cases. The role focuses on developing a modular, governed AI toolkit that can be deployed in secure, on‑premises environments to support engineering, avionics, analytics, and digital operations across the MRO value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Development

• Architect, design, and develop a core om-premise AI Toolkit Hub to support enterprise MRO use cases.
• Build and maintain a modular AI platform with reusable, interoperable capabilities that can be extended over time.
  
  

Module Development & Enablement

• Develop, enhance, and sustain AI modules including (but not limited to):
• Engineering Assistant
• Avionics Studio
• Agentic Studio
• Predictive Analytics Studio
• Smart Form Digitiser
• Onboard and integrate new AI modules based on validated MRO use cases, operational needs, and stakeholder requirements.
  

Governance, Trust & Compliance

• Implement and enforce AI governance controls across the platform, including:
• Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) workflows
• Explainability and transparency mechanisms
• Safety guardrails and usage controls
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and regulatory requirements, particularly for secure, on‑premises deployments.
  

Performance, Reliability & Scalability

• Drive platform performance and robustness, addressing:
• Model and inference latency
• Throughput and scalability
• Model lifecycle management (development, deployment, monitoring, updates)
• Interoperability between AI modules and downstream systems
• Design solutions that are resilient, maintainable, and suitable for mission‑critical MRO operations.
  

Job Requirement

Educational Level

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
  
  

Experience Level

• Open to fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and project experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or full-stack development will be a bonus
  
  

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with common development stacks such as:
• Frontend: React
• Backend: Node.js
• AI/ML: PyTorch, OpenCV
• Exposure to building or integrating AI/ML models is advantageous
  
  

Beyond technical skills, we value candidates who are able to work across both software engineering and applied AI use cases, particularly in practical, deployment-oriented environments.
