Responsibilities
Hiring: Programme Manager – Airport / Infrastructure Systems Integration
Location: Singapore / Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support a major airport infrastructure and systems integration bid in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage integrated programme schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead cross-functional coordination across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams
• Manage programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Support Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) planning
• Contribute to technical proposal development, delivery methodologies, and bid documentation
• Drive cross-package dependency and systems integration planning
Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in Airport, Railway, Metro, Transportation, or Large Infrastructure Programmes
Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
Experience in Master Systems Integration (MSI) or large-scale systems integration programmes
ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition) experience
Bid / Proposal development experience
Strong stakeholder management and programme governance expertise
Preferred:
• Airport expansion or terminal development experience
• EPC, PMC, Airport Operator, or Systems Integrator background
• Greenfield/Brownfield airport project experience
