- Partner with business leaders to identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives delivering measurable operational and financial results.
- Establish and deploy Lean frameworks, tools, and enterprise systems across the organization through training, coaching, and leadership.
- Lead data-driven continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field with at least 10 years of proven experience delivering measurable business improvements or operational leadership experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints or similar methodologies with practical application in operational environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels.
