What we need to see

• 3–6 years in FP&A or business finance
• Active SQL writer — joins, CTEs, subqueries
• Owns data from pull to stakeholder delivery
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting
• Can communicate insights to non-finance audiences
• Write and maintain SQL queries across multiple tables to extract, join, and analyse business data
• Build financial models tracking direct and allocated spend, planning cycles, and deal-level forecasting
• Own end-to-end data workflows — from raw data extraction through to stakeholder-ready reporting
• Deliver financial reports, dashboards, and insights to product areas, market teams, or finance leadership
• Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and headcount planning
• Identify trends in large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure data outputs drive operational decisions
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and automate reporting where possible
• Own project documents, meet deadlines, communicate blockers early, and manage time independently
