Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, costing sheets, and tender submissions.
• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and sales teams for pricing and technical information.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tender documents, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain proper records/documentation.
• Compare supplier pricing and negotiate for competitive costing where necessary.
• Support contract review and compliance requirements during tender processes.
• Maintain quotation database and update pricing records regularly.
• Work closely with project, sales, procurement, and finance teams when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in quotation, tendering, bidding, sales support, or commercial roles.
• Experience in handling RFQ, tender submission, and costing analysis is preferred.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
