Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at RLB in Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong knowledge of Cost Planning
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
• Quantity Surveying degree/certification only
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools in quantity surveying
