We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead and manage civil engineering and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Manage project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or other project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional Engineer (PE/Ir.) certification is an advantage.
