Our client is a well-established electrical product manufacturer. With a strong global footprint and ongoing investment in digital transformation, the company is seeking a forward-thinking IT Director to lead its technology strategy and operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute IT strategy across manufacturing and office environments globally
• Oversee international IT projects, particularly across Southeast Asia and other regional sites
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology with business growth
• Research, evaluate, and champion innovative technologies and initiatives, including chatbots, knowledge management solutions, AI Agent, agentic processes and system integration
• Introduce and integrate AI tools into business operations to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Manage IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery and support
• Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, and system reliability across locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in ERP, MES, and digital factory technologies
• Demonstrated experience managing overseas IT implementations, e.g. Southeast Asia
• Energetic, adaptable and transformation-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills with working-level English for international collaboration
• Experience in driving adoption of AI tools within business processes
