Hitcheed is looking to hire Growth Marketing Manager/Specialist to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team in managing and executing full-funnel digital initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, social media, CRM, and campaign strategy

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads and XiaoHongShu.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to drive growth and engage new channels
• Manage ad budgets and improve ROI and CPA through audience targeting, A/B testing, creative optimization and drive lower CAC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop and iteratively test new ad solutions with agility and speed
• Grow organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and XiaoHongShu
• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve results
• Oversee SEO and performance marketing strategies, collaborate with the team to build and execute strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings
• Conduct keyword research, perform content optimization, and manage on-page/off-page SEO tasks
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary

Having an interest in Weddings, Interior Design, Korean Wave, Travel, Kids, Pets and Fitness events is a plus point.
