Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives on balancing numbers with people strategy? Do you have a sharp eye for payroll accuracy and the legal know-how to navigate complex employee relations?

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team!

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our HR operations—specifically leading our end-to-end payroll processing and managing Industrial Relations (IR) cases. If you have 5+ years of experience and a strong command of local labor laws, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Payroll: Oversee and execute the monthly payroll cycle accurately, ensuring timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Industrial Relations (IR): Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and misconduct cases. Draft formal documentation (e.g., show-cause letters) and guide domestic inquiries (DI) in strict compliance with the Employment Act.
• HR Operations: Oversee onboarding/offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and assist in reviewing company policies and employee handbooks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on payroll and IR management.
• Expertise: Solid, up-to-date knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
• Skills: Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software, strong Excel skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Communication: Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (essential for drafting formal legal/HR documentation and conducting inquiries).
