Job description:

You responsible to performing calibration and preventive maintenance on various measuring instruments, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and company standards. The role includes maintaining records, issuing certificates, supporting equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring proper handling of tools and calibration environments, while also contributing to process improvements and cross-departmental technical support.

• Assist in performing calibration and preventive maintenance on instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, micrometers, and electronic testing equipment.
• Support the execution of calibration activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and company procedures.
• Help maintain accurate records of calibration results, equipment conditions, and service activities.
• Aid in preparing calibration certificates, reports, and service logs under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of instrument faults and perform minor maintenance or adjustments.
• Ensure all tools and instruments are properly labeled, stored, and handled to maintain accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor calibration intervals and help ensure instruments are calibrated on schedule.
• Participate in internal audits and provide documentation support for quality compliance.
• Coordinate with team members for inventory tracking and equipment readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the calibration area, including tools, storage, and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols related to equipment handling, storage, and transport.
• Support cross-departmental calibration needs and provide technical assistance when required.
• Stay updated on calibration procedures and tools, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Working hours

8.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. (Normal working hours)

Monday to Friday

Break time

Breakfast break : 15 min

Lunch break : 1 hour

Tea break : 15 min
