Job Description

  • Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers, liners, co-loaders and agents.
  • Organize workflow to meet the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents timely & accurately.
  • Monitor and manage all enquiries from customer or agent have been responded promptly and acted accordingly.
  • Verify and monitor each job task to ensure that there is no overlooked-on shipment arrangement.
  • Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters.
  • Monitor payment receive from customers and agents before shipment collection or release.
  • Check, verify & raise payment request on shipment charges.
  • Monitor shipment and any other related records has been maintained and updated accordingly.
  • Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.



Skills Requirement & Qualificatio

  • nGood communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skill

  • .Meticulous and able to work under pressur
  • eAble to cope with fast-paced working environmen
  • tProficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with client
  • sDiploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degre
  • eAt least 5 years (s) of working experience in international freight forwarding is required for this position
