The firm offers a professional environment where administrative staff play a key role in the smooth operation of daily legal work.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kajang. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and updating records and databases. The role will support lawyers and senior staff with clerical and executive administrative tasks such as tracking deadlines, arranging couriers, and coordinating document signing. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in basic data entry, photocopying, scanning, and ensuring office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained.
