Role Description

This is an internship role for an Operations Intern at NielsenIQ. The role involves assisting with data collection, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting operational activities, maintaining data accuracy and reporting, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. This is an on-site position based in Subang Jaya, offering an opportunity to work closely with professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Data Analytics and Reporting; ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and skills in Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy in operational processes.
• Familiarity with Process Improvement and Documentation for streamlined workflows and efficient operations.
• Good Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytic, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience or coursework in operations or supply chain management is a plus.
