Talent Acquisition Intern (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
Internship Duration: Minimum 3/6 months
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employer branding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and university engagement activities
- Assist in employer branding and social media recruitment initiatives
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Support onboarding and recruitment administration activities
- Participate in recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
