Talent Acquisition Intern (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia)

Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

Internship Duration: Minimum 3/6 months

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employer branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and university engagement activities
• Assist in employer branding and social media recruitment initiatives
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
• Support onboarding and recruitment administration activities
• Participate in recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
